Tuesday 16 Augustus 2005. There’s a big moth flying and walking around my desk tonight. Such a big creature. So funny and clumsy. Fascinating too. What is he looking for?
Moths are kind of scary, but… Anyhow, he’s quite restless. Maybe I should look up the signification of moths…
Time to sleep though. Let him wander around. Good night.

Moth’s, funny creatures. I sort of like them in a way. They are quite small (family of the butterfly), yet they can be very destructive – eating crops, clothes etc. They can also be very productive, especially the ones that make silk.
