It’s true, nothing is closer to the truth than that. I see so many people striving to “get” things from others, unable to let love flow. I’ve been there too. So to all, young and old, parents and children, friends or “enemies”: give and let yourselves be given. Don’t fear, for fear makes you become tiny and create all forms of distress. If you have comfort and well-being, share it. Even when you’re low, you can always give.
