Or you, whoever and wherever you are? Of course it does, the oil + financial + climate crisis, all 3 converging today, affect the planet as a whole. They say that when the US sneezes, the whole world catches cold. 
Good allegory. The US is going down real fast right now so they too need other’s help, and right now, the only thing I can do is to spread the awareness.
