Where do you find the courage?

I won’t delve into details, but I’m going through a really hard time. A trauma. And I’m wondering where and how to find the courage to move forward. Jesus. This is so hard.

Within yourself somehow…you have been through a lot, you are stil here, you manage to find friends and warmth arround you. You have been down and always bounced up again. It may seem dark now, but you will see light again. Feel the pain, but don’t let it take you over.
