just a little shift

It starts when you’re feeling angry or frustrated or upset or all 3. And you know, you just cannot put your finger on it. I bursted. Thankfully, I’m home alone, so I can just shout and bother no-one. Still, this anger, where did it come from? What’s the problem, what’s my problem today? So I thought of what has bothered me in some way lately. And of my approach to it all. And then I took a different approach. I looked at things from a different angle. And the pain & anger left.

I think we choose to feed our own pains.
